He lead teams & ventures in Canada, Dubai, United States and United Kingdom serving the likes of Experian, Wells Fargo Bank, Genworth Financial, Toyota Financial Services and Gravitas Financial (Joint Venture Partner).
In the last decade, he has been instrumental in introducing several international fashion & lifestyle brands to India and has now embarked upon introducing retail destinations with the format of “Village Outlet”.

Udai has over two decades of experience in E-commerce & Marketing (Ex. Benefits Plus Media, KOOVS, Blessings Advertising and vMobo). Over the last decade, he has been directly heading alliances and has built a great network of brands, manufacturers and designers across India.
Currently, he manages a pan-India network of real-estate consultants for sourcing properties as well as finding potential franchise partners for the upcoming Village Groupe formats.
SANTHOSH H. J.
Co-Founder & Head - Architecture & Design
Santhosh comes from a reputed construction business family and is an Architect with more than 23 years of experience having worked in various capacities in Real Estate and Construction including Design, Value Engineering and Project Management. He was previously heading architectural design for RSP in South India and was the lead architect behind many successful shopping malls.
He has also worked on projects like mixed-use developments, residential developments, corporate offices and hotels with global consultants. His last employment stint was as Director on the Board of Artha Properties.
VINAY SHENOY
Co-Founder & Head - Strategy & Ops
Vinay has over two decades of experience in Marketing & Communications, Shopping Centre Planning & Leasing and Sports Marketing (Ex. Mercedes-Benz, Nike, Yahoo, Asipac Group, etc.) The last position he held in his 5 year stint at Asipac Projects was that of Chief Operating Officer, spearheading Planning and Leasing of Malls.
Subsequent stints included spearing forward the Marketing Organisations of two Real Estate Majors, Patel Realty, Mumbai and Mantri Developers, Bangalore.
ALOK PANDEY
Head - Village Food Courts
Alok has over 16 years of work-ex in investment banking & retail. He started his career while working with Fortune 500 companies like Marsh Inc. and two of India’s leading merchant bankers before he pursued his retail business ventures. He’s a F&B domain expert, with the experience of founding and sucessfully scaling his food startup. He heads the F&B business of Village Groupe.
An avid traveller and a movie buff, whenever he’s not working you can either find him absorbed in long movie marathons or travelling to some off beat trail in the country.
MINU DEEPAK SHARMA

Minu has approx. 20 years of professional experience in following fields: Hospitality, Offshore BPOs, e-Commerce and Retail. Over the last 7-8 years, She has been a core team member of several startups especially in the field of fashion & luxury lifestyle and real-estate.
She now spearheads Village Food Courts, a joint venture company that offers a perfect blend of food & entertainment options across malls, highways and airports.

Manmohan Ji, is founder of Adlabs Films Ltd, one of India’s largest media and entertainment firms in India. He founded Adlabs Films Ltd. as an advertising films processing company in 1976. Soon, the firm ventured into feature film processing by setting up a state-of-the-art laboratory and later expanded into the film exhibition business. Adlabs had close to 100 screens and a market capitalization of approximately $1 billion in 2008. The company has been renamed to Reliance Mediaworks Limited in 2009.
He also owns Adlabs Imagica, the largest Theme Park of India spread over 300 acres between Mumbai and Pune on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway.

Sonesh evolved from acting to producing full-time, culminating in a partnership with Percept Picture Company, producing films and commercials such as Truck of Dreams and Mother Teresa featuring Penelope Cruz.
